So this is a day late but......I dont have a good excuse. In all honesty I didnt do much for Kyle for Valentines but I tried to channel my DIY self and make him something. I had ran across this blog post awhile back and  told myself "hey I can do that" and even though it was really simple I was very proud of my stitching skills

So tonight we went to register at Bed Bath and Beyond and saying we were excited about it would be an understament. We felt like two kids in toys r us except with a scanner and a camera. An older couple laughed at us for taking pictures but I bet they dont have amazing pictures of when they registered! Kyle was more excited about the fancy knives while I was just excited about everything especially the plastic container organizers.

the rain in spain

So blogger is being stubborn so I guess ill write in the middle...happy now blogger? Anyways, I feel like all it has done is rain lately. It got me thinking today about raincoats and well, my lack of one, unless you count my limited too jacket that you should be jealous of. I havent upgraded because nobody makes adorable raincoats anymore, atleast to my standards. My mom use to have a green reversible one from the 80's that she gave away years ago and I cant seem to find one that comes close to being as cute as that one was. I feel like a raincoat should be colorful, reversible, and contain animals on it. Nobody makes these little jewels anymore and if I had better sewing skills I would have a gold mine on my hands! Even these photos I posted I had to look all over the internet for an hour to find. If you know of anywhere to find one of these PLEASE let me know..im done ranting now

P.S. I did find one at the thrift store the other day with whales on it but it had a hole in it so I didnt get it

So I didnt take this picture today. I thought I would be honest cause I dont think I could fool anyone by claiming to have taken a sunny picture of a european church on a rainy day in Huntsville. I am already predicting today to be rather lazy so Im posting a picture that I took this summer....I want to go on a vacation!

So this is clearly not a post from Kyle this time. We went to Mobile this weekend and got alot of wedding items checked off of our list and one of the biggest was the dress. I cant take credit for taking any of these pictures I just edited them but I felt like this is how my mind was all weekend....confusion

 So for the past 5 years I have been WANTING  to get a little kitten of my own but I have either been stuck with allergic roomies or lived in a place where that were not allowed......so I am left to just viewing little eye candies to try and feed my fix and when I saw these adorable pics over at another blog I couldnt help but post them for myself

So yesterday I got this amazing hanger that I found on etsy from lilafrances. I bought it for my wedding dress but I was taken back when In opened it. Dont get me wrong I love it but I guess it was just weird to see my new name spelled out. Its not even the change of the name that startled me either, it was the the fact that I am going to be a Mrs.....I feel old
